About The Last Parlor
We’re not just hosting events — we’re staging epics.
At The Last Parlor, every moment is a little showstopper and every guest walks into their own spotlight.
At the intersections of West Seattle’s Admiral District, The Last Parlor is more than a venue. It’s a home for memories, a hub for creativity, and a stage for community magic. Bold, warm, and wildly queer, we believe in hospitality that feels like stepping into someone’s living room — relaxed, welcoming, and unforgettable.
Our ethos is simple: inclusive, accessible, equitable. Like bebop, we riff off one another, take care of each other, and give back to the neighborhood we love.

About Corinna….
Growing up in Ballard with my young, single mother who bartended to support us, I learned early that hospitality is about more than service—it's about creating a sense of belonging for people who need it most. My own journey in food service began at Taco Del Mar in a food court downtown, then flipping burgers at Pepperdock's on Alki, where I discovered that every interaction is a chance for connection.
For over a decade, I've been creating spaces where community comes alive. As the co-owner of The Admiral Bird Café (now Bebop Waffle Shop) in West Seattle, I learned that the magic happens when businesses don't just serve their neighborhoods—they become a love letter to that area.
My journey into event spaces began with a simple belief: being in service to people is a way of being loving. At our café, we welcomed everything from intimate baby showers to spirited debate viewings, quiet funeral gatherings to joyful birthday celebrations. Each event taught me that people don't just need a place—they need a space that holds their story.
In 2018, alongside musician Melanie Granger, I co-founded the One Million Tampons campaign. What started as a small benefit concert grew into a viral movement that collected over 250,000 menstrual products from supporters worldwide. This experience opened my eyes to how quickly community responds when someone simply says "we can tackle our cities challenges if we all take part in the solution."
Now, at The Last Parlor—my newest event space—I'm combining all of these experiences into something truly special. After the pandemic forced difficult decisions, including stepping back from South Park Hall and the One Million Tampons campaign to focus all my energy on keeping Bebop Waffle Shop alive, I've emerged with an even deeper understanding of what communities need from their gathering spaces.
The Last Parlor represents the culmination of everything I've learned about hospitality, community building, and creating meaningful experiences.
Whether you're planning an intimate birthday milestone or a large celebration, I bring over a decade of hospitality experience, community activism, and a deep understanding of what makes events meaningful—including the resilience that comes from navigating challenges and emerging stronger. I've learned that the best gatherings happen when every detail serves the bigger picture: bringing people together in ways that celebrate the intimacy of their lives.
The Last Parlor isn't just an event space—it's a place where your vision meets my commitment to creating something beautiful together, informed by every lesson learned along the way.
